• Free Same-Day Delivery and return is available for all active service subscribers.
• Same-Day Delivery is also offered to customers within our local logistics ZIP code areas, at a flat fee $5 regardless of the Size or Weight or Distance.
• Orders outside our local delivery zones will be subject to a standard shipping or delivery fee, based on location and order size.

Return Policy

• We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
• The condition of the item matters, returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, sellable condition(unopened, unused, and undamaged).

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
